Lincoln County seeks qualified consultants for ROW mapping project

The Lincoln County (WI) Land Services Department is seeking to contract with an individual or entity to create a GIS Index Layer for scanned (PDF format) Right of Way Plats. Specifications and instructions may be obtained from Norm Bushor, Lincoln County Land Information Program Manager.  Proposals must be received by the Land Services Department on or before 3:00 p.m. on November 30, 2017.

The project is creation of an ESRI formatted GIS Layer that indexes scanned images. The Lincoln County Land Services Department maintains roughly 2,280 scanned ROW and other Highway plan map pages. The project is to geographically index these files by creating a Line and Polygon layer in ESRI format (Shape or Geodatabase) that reference the extent of the ROW project or plan.
